Move for Mind Challenge

Summit signed up to the 'Move for Mind' challenge run by the mental health charity ‘Mind’. This was a 30 day challenge where we set an exercise goal and a fundraising goal to raise money for charity 'Mind'.

It seemed very relevant with the difficulties of lockdown and a focus on a positive and healthy outlet whilst supporting others.

Therefore, the challenge we set ourselves was: Summit students to complete 50 miles (collectively) during sessions and an aim to raise £150.

Everyone met the challenge with enthusiasm and we were able to beat both of our goals!

In 30 days we walked 70.8 miles and raised an impressive £287!

Very proud of all of our students who took part.
